I started making classical wooden mirrors ten years ago and now I make more than a hundred mirrors a year.
Over that period I have developed two distinctive styles; the first I developed from traditional wooden mirrors. These are made of solid wood, each with a unique profile.
More recently heavily textured, plaster mirrors. These often have a pacific motif or a geometric design, are sometimes detailed with paua shell, abalone, studs and domes, and finished with aged and coloured gold leaf.
